Kevin Phelan is a CPA with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Masters of Accounting degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas. Customer Service Team Laura Witcher - Account Executive. Laura Witcher studied Fine Arts at the University of North Texas. Laura began her sales career with Dunbar in January of 2000. Laura's background includes working as a Technical Operator for KRLD and as a traffic reporter for WBAP - both local radio stations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
